The KEY ELEMENTS in our design process.

LISTEN: Taking time to not only hear but to really listen to the details of what the client wants and needs is the overall objective. We, as designers, tend to dig into our creative outlet and sometimes change the direction of the end result, but if we gather all the information discussed, cut through the clutter and shoot directly to the client's objective while still incorporating creative flare, that is what makes the client happy.

THINK: With the information collected so far during the discussion, we start brainstorming and painting out mutiple proofs mentally of the project. It's the anaylitical side that challenges us to figure out ways that would work out best for the client and give them options.

SEE: During the project discussion, we create visuals in our heads of what the client would like to see with the information gathered so far. We paint a picture in my mind and fill in the colors, graphics and effects that will be used. We can actually visualize in our mind what the final piece will eventually look like.

COMMUNICATE: We make sure to always repeat the details of the requested project back to the client for clarification to a smoother production process. We don't hesitate to ask questions if we don't understand something or if we are missing the information we need to complete a project. We always believe it is best to ask a simple question, regardless of how stupid we may think it is, then to proceed with an assumption and end up being incorrect. We want to make sure we get it right the first time.

EXECUTE: Once we have all the information we need, it's time to execute and put what visuals we created in our heads into the computer and out onto paper or on the computer. From the mind - to the hand delivers end-results. This is where we do what it takes to "Make It Happen" and see the outcome of what we created. We will spend the time it needs, from sun up to the late hours of the next morning, to complete a project at the quality and design standards we are satisfied with.

CATOR: During the production process, weI dedicate our time to the client and are attentive to their needs. It's important to us that we are easily available for the clients all the time for any questions or concerns they may have. It's important that we take care of our clients to develop long term relationships and a level of trust where they have no worries. We follow up with all details in the production process to give peace of mind with everything they put in our hands. We like to always reassure the client that everything is going smooth. We follow up to the end.
